Paris is a girl who like to live her own life. She's very curious to discover everything in the "outside world". Otherwise herself, her "Tentacles" has their own "bad" personality of Paris. But she's not preoccupied of them.
Paris loves to eat, herself and her companions. But they're always eat and she cannot stop them until they've finished to eat before they eaten a human. She can be easily panicked.

Story :

Before the accident, Paris was called "Naoko Atsuko" by her adoptives parents, who they are super-heroes. Naoko was the only one, on her school, who hasn't a quirk on her 5 years old, because she has a sickness called "The Anti-Quirk" on her brain, who stop her quirk development.
She became sad because of classroom's critics. "You are nothing for us !", "You can't pretend to be a hero !", "You are so useless for this city !" and "You are a accident of this world ! You deserved to die ! You. Are. Worthless. Nothing. Monster !".
Naoko always heared this all the day on school, until she fell to the sadness and depression. She stopped to eat, to drink and go out for 3 months.
Here adoptive mother proposed to Naoko to go outside to the shop and buy her favorite sweet : chocolate bread. She said "Yes..." with her head and go out with her.
Bad luck, their favorite shop began to be robbed by a thief. Naoko's mother tries to rescue the trader, and a lost bullet touched Naoko's head. She fell and lost so many blood. Naoko died and her mother didn't do anything to save her, powerless...
8 years after that accident who cost Naoko's life, Soko Sanokou, a great scientist, tried a new experiment who can give a quirk to the people who cannot hav a quirk by the birth. But he needs a subject. So, he called the hospital to take a current dead to try this experiment. The doctors brought Naoko's dead body for the experiment called "003-X : The Flood Awakening". He injected a huge amount of a green liquids, containing all floods existing in the world. 
1 month later, Naoko's body began to move herself. Here appearance has totally changed and... some tentacles appeared on her hair. The scientist is so proud of this experiment, he tried to speak with the girl : "Welcome to your new life, 003-X. But I'll call you Paris Atsuko, for the memory of that girl..."
Paris is now her new name. Paris Atsuko. She smilled and tried to awake her arms, but the scientist layed his hand to her should and said : "I'm sorry, you can't use your arms... You didn't recovery all of your abilities to use your new body. But I've an idea. I'll let you go to Yuusei, I know an old friend who can help you to readapting your body."
Paris said yes, and she followed her "father" to Yuusei and met All Might, the No.1 of the Super-Heroes. But she don't know if she will be accepted...
